How many days it takes to get the order ready for collection/delivery?

Once the order placed and paid, it takes 2-3 days for collection/delivery.
Can I upload more than 9 pictures for one set of picture magnets?

One set of picture magnets needs exactly 9 pictures. Uploading 9 pictures are mandatory to place the order.
What is the maximum file upload size of each picture?

Generally, for 5cm x 5cm a picture with 1MB size is ok. But, for better image quality we recommend you to upload High Resolution images with size up to 5MB each.
When the delivery is usually made?

- Delivery is made in the evenings between 6pm to 9pm from Sunday to Thursday. - On Friday and Saturday, delivery is made between 10am to 6pm.
What is the care instruction for picture magnets?

- Stick the picture magnets on the clean surface. - Dirty surfaces may prevent magnet to stick or may act as heavy adhesive that may prevent taking out. - Once in a while clean the picture surface with soft cloth. DO NOT use chemicals for cleaning.
